High quality programs which are evidence based require evaluation of community needs and program effectiveness. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Illinois uses the following outcome measurement tools to gather data and report on program impact: standardized educational assessments- STAR reading and math testing, pre-post curriculum based testing, surveys, questionnaires, checklists and school records.
Evidence to support the outcome data is collected and used in the measurement process. These documents are kept confidential and made available for case management tracking and program monitoring purposes only. This includes testing results, school report cards, work samples, pictures, other school records, Juvenile Automated Index and other documents.
